      Polygel (Acrygel) HEMA & TPO Free – Acrylic Strength with Gel Structure

      Polygel is a revolutionary hybrid product that combines the extreme durability of acrylic with the ease of use and structure of gel. Featuring a very high viscosity and low flexibility, this material does not flow at all, giving the technician unlimited time for perfect modeling. It is extremely strong and shock-resistant, making it ideal for both creating extensions (short or extreme lengths) and performing complex architectural corrections. The safe formula, 100% HEMA & TPO Free, ensures enhanced comfort with very low heat release during polymerization.

      Solutions for Common Salon Challenges Gel flowing into cuticles (Beginner's Stress): Unlike fluid gels, polygel stays completely still on the nail. The technician is not forced to rush and can model the perfect shape before placing the hand in the lamp. Broken, brittle nails or missing corners: Its strong, low-flexibility (rigid) structure acts as a protective shield. It is the ultimate material for reconstructing missing corners without necessarily using a full template.

      Nails growing downward (Descending Architecture): Due to its dense consistency, it is the ideal product for making corrections during maintenance (the tip-loading/lifting technique), bringing the nail back to a perfectly straight shape.

      Toxic smell of acrylic: It offers the resistance of traditional acrylic but completely eliminates the need for strong-smelling, irritating monomers, using instead a special, odorless Slip Solution.

       Instructions for Use (Tapping Technique)

       Since polygel is a dense material, it requires a strict adhesion and modeling protocol: Adhesion (Critical Step): Matte and dust the nail. Apply the mandatory preparation solutions: Nail Prep and Bonder. After air-drying, apply a very thin, brushed-on layer of adhesion base (Liquid Base). Polymerize completely.

      Warning: Applying polygel directly to the nail without an adhesion base will result in certain lifting.

      Dosing: Use a metal spatula to cut a bead of polygel from the tube/jar and place it on the nail or inside the Smart Form tip.

      Modeling (Tapping): Dip a special brush into the Slip Solution. This solution prevents the product from sticking to the brush. Model the polygel using light pressing and tapping movements, guiding it into the desired shape.

      Polymerization: Place the hand in the lamp to harden the material.

      Finishing: Degrease and file the final shape.

      Technical Tip for Professionals (Controlling Slip Solution): The secret to a durable polygel application is liquid management. If the brush is too dry, the product will stick to it. If the brush is too soaked in Slip Solution, the excess liquid will flood the cuticle and dilute the material's edges, causing premature lifting. After dipping the brush in the solution, always discharge the excess on a dry wipe before touching the nail!
